was going to email you. Had to ask for your email addy because I couldn't
find it in my addy book. But now that I am back on the groups I can post
here. ;-)

That is great news about you winning the golf league and the money you won
on all those things. Good going.

Sorry to hear about your back issues. I know how that goes and it isn't
pleasant. I had alot of hip and low back issues for years. Now that has
settled down and I have the upper back mid back stuff. I don't know which is
worse. I think the mid back stuff because it is where I call it my breather
area. Where you expand to breathe and it doesn't want to let me expand. ;-)
Makes it interesting to just breathe.

So I feel for you. I found with the hip and lower back issues I was walking
too much. I was trying to be the good patient and listen to the drs and my
chiro. So I was walking outside the house too. Well I almost ended up in a
wheel chair. It was my boys that pointed out to me that I get enough walking
in the house. I am a hyper person so can't sit still. You know the ants in
the pants kind of thing. ;-)

So I stopped the outside walking and sure enough, the lower back and hips
stopped hurting so bad. I was glad because the crutches I had to use for
walking were killing me. ;-)

I hope you find out what is causing the stabbing pains in your feet and the
front of your shins. That hurts just reading about it. I hope that stops
really quickly.

I wish this wasn't happening to you or anyone else either. I feel for you. I
know that darn pain too well. It is hard when you get a break from the pain
in an area and then comes back and kicks you big time. It is hard to adjust
to that.
