Hi,
After years of running through most of the DMARDS for my PA, my RD wants me
to go on Remicade, along with my weekly 17.5mg of MTX.

I'm wondering how many people here are taking Remicade with MTX.
Thanks
Gord

Hi Gord,    I have taken both but not together.   I know of plenty of people
that do.  Methx. is very good at controlling the P in Pa and Remicade goes a
great job in controlling our immune system.   Go with your RD if you have
good insurance because it costs a great deal.

I've been on MTX and Remicade for several years.  The combo works well for
me, but you need to have very good insurance -- or else be very wealthy --
for Remicade to be affordable.
