Dear Folks,

I had asked about plane tips for my son.  He made it!  He left early
this morning and arrived to be greeted by his brother.  He had not
previously flown so the extra security didn't really bother him.

Oh,  he did carry a liquid foot deordrant which is by prescription.
The security gave him no trouble with it.

Thanks for all the tips!

He said that on the first flight he had the whole row to himself but on
the second flight he only had an aisle seat.  I reminded him that was
what he had paid for;  a seat.

That's good to hear - I'm flying next month with my Enbrel and have wondered
how "interesting" it might be getting through security with the medicine and
ice pack.  At least I can pack it in my suitcase for the return trip.

heehee, I know the feeling!  I've flown a fair amount but I still hope to
luck into some empty seats beside me.  Once in a while it DOES happen!

Yes, I had to fly with my mother's ashes last year and I just sat smiling to
myself while they tried to figure out what was in the sealed box.  They
xrayed it.
