I want to make some jellies for the bake sale at the upcoming BIG V-J Day
celebration here, specifically jellies made with stuff grown here at the
rectory.  We inherited a very productive grape vine but homemade grape jelly
is not unique here.  I thought I'd make grape/mint jelly with my homegrown
mint and "galloping grape" jelly (grapes and habanero pepper) with peppers
from last year's crop.  While an experienced jelly maker, I'm new to
combining different jellies into one.  Anyone out there who's done it and is
willing to be my consultant?

Hi Nann,

I am new to the grape jelly making scene.  It looks like we will have a
bumper crop of grapes this fall, so I would be interested in some of
your jelly making techniques.  I have only made very simple grape
jelly, getting the recipe from the Internet.

Good luck!

Bonnie
