Dear Folks,

I had this dish years ago and have been looking for the recipe. it's
called Grandma's Eclair Cake. I found it recently and thought you
folks might like it:

Mix together thoroughly:

1 cup cold milk
1 sml pkg French Vanilla instant pudding
1 sml carton of Cool Whip

Layer in a glass dish (approx 9 in sq)with

1/2 box graham crackers.

Refrigerate overnight or at least eight hours.

Top with

1 cup prepared milk chocolate frosting.

Serve. Serves 8.

Oh that looks good thanks for sharing it. I will get hubby to make it up for
us when I can. Too hot to do much of anything.
