I live in Canada and I've designed a web page to promote my business
online.
I am new to he online world and want to know how I can accept credit
cards
over the internet.  I've seen some companies offering this service as
well
as checks by fax or email,  but I am not sure if I can use this system
in
Canada. I would be grateful if someone answer my question.
Thank you

Hello,

I came to Canada 2 months ago with work visa under pilot project for
software professionals.I am 48 years old and my family is in India now.
I
have a full time IT job in one of the Canadian companies.
I want to apply for  immigration from buffalo. I have a couple of
questions.
1-Do I get the 10 points for arranged employment. Otherwise I can hardly

receive the necessary 70 points to be eligible for immigration.
2- because of my age I want to apply for immigration as soon as
possible. If
I apply for immigration while my family are in India, does it make a
problem
for my family to get a visitor visa to join me?

Thank You
Ray

I am a computer programmer and on January 2000 I entered to Canada via
pilot
project(work permit with out getting authorization of human resources
because of time consuming). After 3 months once I settled, I wanted to
bring
my family during my staying in Canada. My family applied to get the
visitor
visa but the officer didn't issue the visa, the reason was the officer
believed that  they had no strong ties which would encourage their
return
from Canada.
I applied for immigration via buffalo and I got a letter  for interview
,
my family should be here and we go together for interview to US. If I
want
to transfer my file to somewhere that my family be able to come, it will

take approximately 1.5 years from now on and I will lose my validity of
work
permit.
Experts please give me the best choice which I have in order to get
immigration visa soon. I would really appreciate your input in this
matter.

Thank you
ray

Dear Quebec immigration experts:

1- The Quebec self assessment at
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/francais/index.html, doesn't
indicate the exact number of points for each factor. Besides the
Quebec selection is a two stage process where the applicant must be
assessed against the Employability and Occupational
Mobility first. I'm looking for an exact definition of different
factors
that immigration officers use to assess the applicants.

2- Also I need to know if it is possible to just send the application
forms
with the required documents instead of first submitting the
preliminary
form? In that case where can I find the forms and the document
checklist.

3- I am a general physician from Iran and I want to apply for Quebec
as I have some relatives there. I'm not sure if my degree that I got
from Iran is accepted or not. Is it necesssary to evaluate it before I
submit my documents. How can I do that?

Thank you for your help

As an athlete and coach with several years of experience employed as a
coach and having several natinal and international ranks and awards,
and quite considerable money, can I apply under self-employed
category. The only thing is that I don't have any experience as a
self-employed person.

I tried the self assessment page in Quebec web site and by entering 0
or 1 year self employed experience, I got a negative result (even with
5 years experience as a coach. I don't know about federal requirements
about this.

Can somebody please clarify this matter.

Thank You
Ramin

Hi,
Last year I applied for immigration under entrerenuer category. I
didn't include my 19 year old daugter because she was married and
therefore not dependent. Now she is divorced. Can I now add her to my
application as she is now single and less than 22?

Thank you

My son has "celebral palsy" and I wonder if this causes a problem if I
aply for immigration.
He was born around 16 years ago during the time
that Iraq used to send missles to tehran which was
very fearful to my wife.According to her physician
idea Masood was born about eight weeks sooner than
what was expected. He was 1.5 Kg. and was protected in
the incubator for fourthy days.
We could not distinguish his problem until he was nine
months .At that time due to lack of controlling of his
neck we had a meeting with a neurologist who told
Masood is a CP (celebral palsy).
We began some physiotherapy exersises for him but he
had very poor improvement.
When he was 3 years old I got a chance to stay in
Italy around ten months.During that period we could
have a chance to meet Prof. Delacato who used to come
from U.S.A. to Europe to visit CP children.
We used his method which was absolutly different from
Iranian therapists' method. He had a better improvement
but unfortunately I had to return back to Iran.
It was impossible to have comminication with
Delacato's Centre at that time and we could not
continue that method more.
Now he is 16 ,he is not able to sit with his control
yet.I believe we could help him much more if we could
have an opportunity to stay in Canada.
Furthermore, I am worry about my other children's
future too.I believe they could have a better
education there.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

whatever else he is,  he's just a make money fast scammer - here's a bit
about him:

Can you tell me more about the chemicals in Noni juice and all the
negative things you heard about it? because everywhere I read the
goodness of this juice. Please check cancertutor.com as well as the
researches in the University of Hawaii.

"Noni is absolutely the best health supplement in the world. It has
helped me and countless others in so many ways.

My irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) has cleared up next to 100% in only
3-4 months of drinking the Noni Juice. I have experienced increased
energy and clarity of thought. I have had acute psoriasis for several
years and none of the typical psoriasis/dandruff shampoos have EVER
made my flaking stop. I got my first bottle of Noni shampoo and after a
few days, my flakes stopped!!! I am so excited about this. This fruit
juice is for REAL!!

We didn't order enough juice about 2 months ago and we were out for
about a week. My wife and I both noticed how negative we were feeling.
We were quite aware that it was because of the absence of NONI in our
life. Our kids were saying, "We want our Noni!" When we got our next
case, we began to feel more positive again! Hallelujah!

I am continually brought to tears because the people I am referring to
Noni Juice keep coming up with miraculous stories of gaining health.
One guy's heart has regulated, one lady's arthritis is not giving her
trouble anymore, and one lady is not throwing up all the time, every
day, because of a thin stomach lining. It is truly MORE BLESSED TO GIVE
THAN TO RECEIVE.
Noni Juice is allowing me to fulfill my lifelong dream of being able to
help, love and be a blessing to others.

Thank you to Morinda and thank you to those who referred me to Noni
Juice!!

Tim Gillen

Grand Prairie, Texas"
