In the word arthritis the suffix 'itis' means inflamed and 'arthro'
refers to joint. Hence 'arthritis' literally means 'inflamed joint'.
There are over 100 separate entities when all types fo arthritis are
cataloged. Unfortunately, the cause of most of them remains unknown."
Many of these conditions not only affect joints, ligaments, and other
supportive tissues but also may attack skin, nails, and key internal
organs as well. Most occur 2 to 3 times more often in women than in
men and osteoarthritis alone cost the US over 65 billion each year! Its
is the leading chronic medical condition reported by the elderly
In most types of arthritis the majority of mangosteen's benefits will
come formits anti-inflammatory effects because it selectively blocks
the COX-2 enzymes and doesn't cause the dangerous gastro-intestinal
side effects of prescribed or across-the-counter anti-inflammatory
drugs. Additionally, the mangosteen exhibits a neurological pain
reducing affect.

I believe first I'll visit the FTC, FDA and IRS web sites to alert
them of
this "business". I doubt the FDA has approved those wild claims.
... Sometimes when it's quite, you can hear a spammer's brain cells die.

I believe that this is the stuff that nearly killed me (turns out I'm
allergic to it). A "friend" thought they'd help me out by mixing this
in their tea, that they always shared with me.
Obviously, I no longer accept anything to drink or eat from them, it's
messed up our "friendship", but at least *I* know what is going into my
body (via my mouth anyway).
