Thanks for the ecard, that made my morning.
I am better able to cope with it this morning now.
I have a feeling that the antib is now getting in there to work. My chipmunk
cheeks are coming down and boy are they draining. My poor nose and chest. I
am coughing up so much stuff. No infection looking stuff. So either that was
some of the problem or I have a major allergy problem right now.
So things look a bit brighter this morning. But boy am I in pain.

Your welcome Kelly. I cheated last month and made up both month cards at one
time. So all I had to do was put on stamps. Otherwise I am not sure I would
have gotten them out this month. Something must have told me I needed to do
that. ;-)

Glad you liked the card :) I love those two characters, they always
make me laugh :))
I'll keep you in my prayers, SJ. I'm glad the antib is working.
Hopefully once the infection goes down, the pain will stop as well. I
hate being in pain. Good thing I never got pregnant! :-) I'm a total
woos when it comes to pain.

A couple months ago, I had a Lidoderm/Lidocaine injection -- at
a hospital following my rheumy's referral.
Two doctors in the room -- one held my leg down while the other
positioned the imaging machine to see where the LONG needle
was going. I'm thinking, "He's holding my leg for some reason,"
when all of a sudden the 2nd doc withdrew the needle -- he had
completed the injection.
The 1st doc (holding my leg) looked kinda exasperated, puzzled,
hexed, that there had been no reaction from me. I chatted with
both on the way out and commented, "My wife says I've had AS
for so long (diagnosed in 1976 after 2 years of symptoms), I can
tolerate pain much more than most folks." They looked at each
other and nodded in agreement.
