Hi, all-

First of all, I must apologize to everyone for not responding to your
replies to my first posting.  Somehow, I missed them all!  Thank you so
much for welcoming me to this group and for the information.  I'm now a
member of the alt ms group.  It took Duckie to guide me through to show
me where all the postings were.  I don't know how I could have missed
them.

Today, I'll be going back to the neurologist for a follow up.  I got
the report about the MRI of my brain from the hospital.  They did find
lesions, but couldn't tell if it was from MS or some kind of vascular
change.  My guess (now where did I get my medical degree???) is MS,
because the vascular changes wouldn't give me the symptoms that I have.
The Lyrica isn't helping much, so an increase in dosage or a change
may be indicated.

Now, if I can only find the responses on my own!

lol Janet -- becoming a 'doctor' will now be your job. It is important
to be able to confidently know your options, be able to describe
symptoms to the real doctor, be able to know if you have a good real
doctor, and know if they are using the newest information available for
your disease.
So glad you found the alt. ms group.
