I am looking for good oil or lotion, something that can be used
everyday so, not a painkiller or a Analgesic just something to help
soothe stiff muscles.

Thanks

Well there is Capsacin over the counter but that can lite you up with
heat so be careful with it.
I like Sore-no-more which is sold on line. It has a lite menthol scent
like ben-gay but much lighter and works better than ben-gay.
Better yet see your RD for more control.
Since getting my dose of Rituxan, I haven't needed any of the creams.

Hi Drax,  (not to be confused with Hydrox)

You might try "Nutra Skin & Joint Ultra Relief MSM Cream". Was
recommended by my pharmacist, of course he sells it, and it does give
quick temporary relief.

It costs about $18 for a 4 ounce jar, which can last a while if you
don't use it every day. I rub it in until dry when I have those days of
extra nagging pain. Especially if I have something to do from which I
prefer no distractions, like golf.

"Contains: Purified Water, Patented Organic MSM, Sunflower Oil, Plant
Trace Minerals, Chamomile Extract, Vitamins A, D & E,, Whole Lemon
Extract, Essential Oils."

Hope it helps.

Cheers            Lee O.
