Wondered if your sister has sold their house yet?

Hey Duckie!! Welcome back!!!

No, they took it off the market about two weeks after changing realtors
because Alan lost his job. He got another, worked for about a month, then
got laid off again. He recently found another job, in Burlington.

SO I think they are staying out for awhile.

Doug has a new job, too. Much more sane w/reliable paycheck.

How are things in 'sunny' CA?

You do know what a big joke that last line is right now, don't you?

Hey the sun just peeked out!.  Given all the clouds it might last a whole
ten minutes.

Squirrelly, how are you doing?  Hope you aren't close to any of the high
water or levee breaks.

It was actually sunny today. :)
Well if he is working in Burlington, probably just as well. He can walk
to work.
