Gary,

No wonderful advice, just wanted you to know I was thinking of you.

I don't know how you manage with all this stuff.

I watch all you that are going thru surgery and such to get fixed and I just
have to say I really admire your strength and ability to do so.

It amazes me how well you all do.

Ahhh Jo,
Thank you for the kind thoughts.
I may not be quite the pillar you see though. I'm not doing this all on my
own.
I manage with strong pain meds and antidepressants.
Better living through modern medicine as someone says!

Gary,

Your welcome, but I still see you doing so much and not letting all this
take you down. I admire those that can do that. I wish I would be like that
too.

Hi Jo,
Perhaps it is a result of a father who accepted no excuses and four years in
the navy of "get it done" has allowed me the mentality to fight on
regardless of the circumstances. I do take things in stride and try to roll
with the punches. "Sh*t happens" as the bumper sticker says.

heh heh, that navy comment reminds me of a recent form our diocese sent to
all the priests to be filled out.  Only 8 priests in our diocese got it in as
of 2 months after the due date.  One of the 8 was Mike.  He told me he spent
enough years in the military and in the business world to know one gets forms
in ON TIME if one wants to keep the managers happy!  LOL  And that if one
keeps the managers happy, they're less likely to look closely at what else
you are doing.  LOL
