Toenails

Hello all !!

I have had ingrown toenails surgically treated on both big toes a
couple of times each.  All of my toenails are curving inward.  I have
to constantly bend and pull and strain to dig and cut the edges out of
the skin.  Has anyone else experienced this as part of their RA or for
any other reason?  It is quite painful and I'm not sure what to do
aside from what I am already doing.

Thank you
Angela

I've had mine cut out once, Angela, and they need it again now, but I keep
putting it off.  Have too many other doctors!

Dear Angela,

I believe that this is possible with RA.  My toenails flair out instead
on going in.  And they look hideous.

Take CAre,

Hi Angela,

Our senior center has foot care one day each month, second Tuesday I
think. You schedule an appointment and it only costs $22. Maybe you can
find something similar in your area.

Cheers           Lee O.
