Thank you so much for the birthday card from you and Jim.  It came on a low
day and cheered my day.

Update - all symptoms still there and rotating. Right now it is vision - but
that could clear anytime so no point in fussing.  The latest med is valium
which is cutting the spasms and spasticity in half - allejuia.  The bladder
garbage is still going on but apparently that is common.  It has been 5
months so hopefully will see some changes.  Unfortunately I have met someone
on the net who says the 5 people she has met on the net including herself
now have permanent ms and have never recovered.  That was not what I wanted
to hear.  My doctor has referred me back to the neuro so will see when that
appointment happens and what he says.  My doctor wants another mri done -
and hopefully one with contrast.  He is frustrated that things aren't going
better.  I just want to be able to drive again.

In the meantime if I am quiet it is because we are renovating out house so
we can sell.  My medical bills not covered by medical - private and public -
are running about $700 a month and I have had to leave my very part time job
of $300 a month and Pat has cut back on his consulting work to cook, shop,
clean etc.  So time to downsize the house.  In reality we would have done it
anyhow but not so quickly.  I desperately will need a rancher so that should
be a challenge in a tight housing market.  Also with a dog and 2 cats we
don't really want a townhouse situation.  So will see what comes up. I want
a place within walking distance by walker of people (we live rather in a
country area).  A coffee shop nearby would be great!
