First since I live on the west coast tolls are not an issue, so your
poll is meaningless to most of the west.  Roads on the east coast are
in horrible condition, SOMETIMES YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, so if you
want decent roads you have to pay for them.   .... whimper and
whine......  If the conditions of your roads is crappy then  I
guarantee that cutting budgets will not make them better.  FACT:
Everyone wants smaller government, but when government takes shortcuts
and cuts costs... like placing cameras on the road to catch speeders
people whine about privacy or they whine because the roads are crappy
and users have to pay more for tolls.   Hello...... it does not work
both ways.  I would congratulate your local government for finding
ways to cut costs.   Buck up buckaroo and smell the money.
