In fact, we all have the right.
When I first checked out the URL, I thought..."hey, a tip-site for AD"
only to realize that the tips are available for a hefty price. USD$50
is hefty. Advertising on USENET is considered SPAM no matter what the
topic.
The limited number of times that you engage in conversation is when
the topic might lead to a plug for your book (with one exception;
perform the search at groups.google.com). The most blatant thread of
all: "Alzheimer's disease Insight from a group member" was started by
you--nothing other than an advertisement.
Shameful.
To the newcomers,
The 36-hour day, published by the Johns Hopkins University Press,
costs a mere $12.95 or so and is probably one of the most useful books
discussing the various aspects of AD and related dementias.

Mary responds:
Yeah, I do have the right. If the little "nuggets" you've supplied are
any sample, I'd tell people to save their money, put part of it on a
copy of the 36 Hour Day, and the rest on car fare to get to a local
support group. You have zero right to flog a product in here. Its a
support group. You can stay and offer helpful advice and support, and
say, if we were impressed with how insightful and full of good ideas
you were, we might think about buying a copy, but thus far, hmmm. Nada
any better than whats available for FREE for free from the Alzheimer's
Association and other organizations like it.
Prove me wrong - participate OTHER than posting ads for your pay
service.

You are a crook!!!!!
We give advice here for free, and it is good experienced advice.
There are free support groups sponsored by the Alzheimer's association.
There are books like "The 36 hour day"
Anyone who is foolish enough to give you money deserves you.
