I encountered my ex-wife on Sunday. We argued, and in the
course of the quarrel, she said I have a bad memory
because I don't have sex, and sexual intercourse is good
for the memory. I asked her where she heard this, but
she would not answer.
Is there any connection - i.e. that orgasms can
improve memory function in the brain
???

I don't think there is any truth in what she said.

If we could get a goverment grant to study this theory, I would
volunteer myself as a test subject.

Evelyn, "nomen" is a well known troll all over usenet. Why do
you always rise to this bait? Can you resist for once? It's not
that hard. Practice lurking for a while.

Maybe she just forgot <G> Or was a veiled suggestion.

This explains so much about you Nomen.
No wonder you have time to troll the internet.
The exwife comment is her way of telling you
that she is getting some.
And as generalization her comment likely has a grain
of truth in that those with higher hormone levels are more
likely to seek a new mate and more likely to have better
neurosteroid levels. A common andropausal symptom
is poor memory. If you go on testosterone replacement
try to get a Doc who also use HCG to maintain the
neurosteroid levels and the remaing native hormones
of the androgen pathway.
In short, the ex is right ;-)
