So lets get this straight, you are student in CANADA asking questions which
seemingly only pertain to CANADA* in a WORLD WIDE group without even asking
what country respondents are in? I'm not even going to go near how valid,
relevant or truthful any answers might be and thus the validity of your
survey (clue, the answer is 'not')

I also like question 1, "describe in detail Alzheimers disease"...OK I'll
get right on that, should be finished in a couple of weeks.

I have to say, I dont ever recall seeing "advertisements  for Alzheimer's
disease" (Q6),
I would be unlikely to buy unless there was an easy installment plan.

*(or failing that, you asked if people thought it was an issue in Canada as
a wacky side question, it could equally have been Zimbabwe?)

As you see, the poster did not reveal names nor which school he/she were
from.
I've volunteered myself as a subject of study to two prestigious
east-coast medical schools, one in the midwest, and two on the west
coast.  There were NO serious studies on cognitive or cranial diseases
even though the schools solicited volunteers. I couldn't get into a
study program unless I FIRST sent them all copies of my medical records.
Information taken from the patients' medical records and surveys, as
seen above, is considered research at these universities.  There are no
"neutral" committees to oversee who's receiving the funds from
government grants and private donations directed towards a specific
study. The U.S. has the highest healthcare costs in the world and what
we get in return is "guess work!"  There's a lot of money made in
healthcare and the "fat cats' don't want anything to change, least of
all  cures to diseases.  Simply put: no research, no cures.
