I know a guy that for many many years refused to seek care for
his mother that has Alzheimer’s so he could stay home with her
in order to cash all of her checks including her SSI and the
SSI she was collecting from her husband that passed.  He spent
over 5 years stealing from her and has over $100,000.00 stashed
away in a mini storage. He also has not filed any tax returns and
is now married to a filipino lady he met online. She is working
and he is sitting home on his a.s. She is not aware of all the
fund he has stashed away.

Stealing from an Alzheimer’s patient is as bad as stealing from
a disabled or retarded person. His mother is now in a nursing home
due to the abuse at the hands of her son. I want this person to go to
jail for the crimes that he has committed. How can this be done?

Please reply,  thank you.

It can't, without hard evidence.  Uncle Sam might be able to compare her
signature with the endorsements on the checks, unless they were
direct-deposited.  Otherwise, going to the cops with the address and
number of the mini-storage *and* the information that they'll find a lot
of cash in there will certainly rouse their interest (though they'll
probably think about drug dealers, first).  If you can't find a way to
instigate either action, I'm afraid you may well be out of luck.

Blessed be,
Baird

After the mother went to a nursing home he made lots of trips
to Hong Kong and Phillipines. He took over 15K cash in his pockets!
He has sent thousands of $$$ via mail too. They may think he is
funding terrorists when they find out about his travels.

All banking transactions over a certain amount get reported to the gov't.
A lot of crooks get caught that way.

The woman is in a nursing home and surely someone is paying her bill there.
When the money runs out and she needs to go on medicaid, the application
paperwork alone will reveal the state of her financial affairs.   The guy
thinks he is getting away with something but he will get caught eventually.

If the mother is now in a nursing home, at some point she may run out of
money and need to go on medicaid.   If that happens the paperwork requires a
full financial accounting, going back several years.   You can't get away
with anything.    Ultimately they will catch up with the guy.
