Jules, I hope you and Arthur have a safe, and great trip.  I remember
my Wife and I went to the port at Dover to get to Calais, France.  It
was a fun trip.  I'm hoping that someday, we'll get back out there
again.

Have fun and keep in touch!

Jules, of course I don't mind a bit passing info on to the newsgroup.   Call
or email whenever you find the time.   Good luck on your trip, you know my
best wishes are with you and with a certain small furry pooch.   Have a good
trip!

ummm...im back.....

using google to access this, so not sure if it will work...got back a
few days ago, a week early cos something went wrong as usual.....nice
trip until last Thur though..i went to get some cash out of a cash
machine, didnt work, called England, said no probs...wouldnt work for
2 days, so i had to come back, get someone to get me a last minute
weekend ferry and drive from Poland to France, luckily i just got to
the ferry place with the full tank from Poland.

Card worked fine as soon as i hit england, my bank hadput a stop on it
in Europe, thinking it was stolen, even though it had worked fine on
other trips, someone had gone to my bank and asked why it wasnt
working, they said no probs...

anyway put a loada pics up, take a look, www.julianhales.co.uk

Dont have internet at home, so accessing when i can, the German email
addy works fine as normal, not the usual onei use to post here..

Saw granddad on Mon, hes fine...he got the postcard i sent him from
Berlin, and little Arthur was fine too, missed him

hope everyone is ok

Jules:

Great to hear from you, man!  Back already?  Wow, that was a quick
trip!

I'm glad to hear your Grandfather and Arthur are doing fine.  So,
where are you exactly now?  England or Germany (or neither)?

Great to hear from you!
