Got to see him today, spent a couple of hours there along with little A
They were both so happy to see each other....lots of hugs and kisses.
They said granddad was doing very well, always eats his food and asks for
more...at night he asks can he buy some sandwiches....he has always eaten
well.
Next week i see the laywer, hopefully when i hope to have enough cash for a
hours legal time.
Granddad seems stronger, at one point he walked well when he forgot to grab
the frame thing on wheels...he looked fine...im not sure he should be using
it, ok it is something to hold onto, but if he can walk fine...maybe still a
risk of tripping but hes so slow with the frame compared to walking
normally.
I tuned his little tv in, that is in his room, noneof the channels were
tuned in, it was set to German language so i asked the staff why no one had
mentioned it to me......i only found out while i went in his room to watch
tv for a while as he had his dinner...it was pretty easy to tune in, as i
sort of understood it...
I have to go nearby on Sat so i hope to call in again...
Hopw you like the 2 pics i took today and just posted of them both

On a slight differant note, today i collected a load of video
cassettes...from WW1, if you had noticed on my website i went to Ypres in
Belgium, where my great grandfather fought (granddads dad) and one of the
videos is there, the other Somme and the other 10 all over....i know little
of WW1, as i make models of WW2 and know much more of that, so it will be
interesting to learn the hardship and the suffering, along with the bravery
they went through for the later generations.....
thanks to those who signed my guestbook!!
hope i didnt bore you!!

Great photos Jules! What a shame about your car. Who would do such a
thing to it?

Around here nothing is safe
I remember when my granddad had to give up driving due to Az years ago, he
gave me his car, that he had for 15 years....it lasted less than 7 days
outside my house before it was stolen...all they did was drive it around for
15 min, then reverse it on purpose at high speed into a wall....
My granddad was so sad, he had worked on that car so it was like new,
although nothing special and worth hardly owt, he was devistated... the
kids around here dont care for law or what harm they do to people.

Jules, that is just so sad. Too bad you don't have a garage or some other
secure place to put it. I live in the country and nobody even locks their
cars here.
