Clinical Tools, Inc., a medical education company based in Chapel Hill,
NC, is designing a new website for Alzheimer's disease/dementia
caregivers. We are currently seeking participants to complete an online
survey to help us build the best website possible. If you are currently
the caregiver for someone with Alzheimer's disease or dementia --
either you provide hands-on care or make decisions about care -- then
you may be eligible.

Please e-mail study coordinator Jonathan Wells at
wells@clinicaltools.com <mailto:wells@clinicaltools.com> for more
information (put "Caregiver Study" in the subject line). Compensation
will be provided.

This project is funded by the National Institutes of Health (Grant
#1R43AG026227-01).

I particpated in the first offering of this study. I give the study a high
recommendation so if you are a caregiver for any type dementia, comfortable
using a computer, and have ideas to offer about building future websites for
dementia caregivers, then I suggest you contact Jonathan. It took me about 2
hours (spread over several weeks) to complete the questions asked.     AW
