Dear Friends,

Just thought I would let you know that John & I took car of new wills,
POA, & living wills today.  It was a little iffy at points because John
hesitated, but once he saw I had signed everything & then everything was
given to him, it all went smoothly.  This time I will make sure POA is
in a SAFE place.  This is quite a relief to me as the military can be a
real pain when it comes to privacy issues.  I had updated everything in
PR, 2001, before we moved here.  This is John's first update on the will
since 1984--which still dealt wi†h minor custody issues, & living will
in 2001---he tore up the 2001 POA in a paranoia stage---won't risk that
again---although my paranoia might be setting in & wondering if I should
even write this.  He said he wasn't lurking on this group
anymore---guess I'll find out---by the way, that is one of the reasons I
drop out---he reads, gets angry, & I drop out for a while.

Always,

Char

LOL--The minor custody issue---John's daughter, my daughter but legal
step daughter---is now the executor!
