Hello Alan thanks for pointing me in the right direction. If anyone is
feeling sympathy at my lack of tecno knowledge please help with my
research. If you have any names of good support groups i would be
delighted to hear from you , Thank you

Here's another tip...you need to change your email address for posting on
newsgroups, because  pretty soon spammers will pick it up and you'll be
deluged with all sorts of offers you are unlikely to want!

As you are posting via google, I'm not sure exactly what the procedure is,
you can try telling google you have another, new (non-existent) email
address but it may not allow that, in which case you'll have to create a
'throwaway' email at somewhere like yahoo and use that.

I've had great success with my Yahoo account.  I have another
private email address through my ISP, but I use the Yahoo account
for all postings on the web.  I like them because they have excellent
spam filters.  I receive an average of about 200 spams a day on the
yahoo account, but only about 3 or 4 typically get through the filters
and into my inbox.
