Haven't popped in here with a post in a good while. Meant to do that
more after I got my old computer online and I could autoquote;but
haven't got that done yet.
Have been reading a bit in here now and then and enjoying that though.

Mom's doing pretty good. Had her 86th birthday back in February. My 51st
a few days ago,though I think I will claim I am 29 or 39yo! :-) LoL Mom
has here Mr. Bunny. :-) A little 18 inch or so stuffed tan bunny that my
oldest Sis gave me for Easter a couple of years ago. I hadn't really
thought of this;but a few weeks ago Sis put Bunny on Mom's bed and she
liked that. :-) So he's been sleeping there pretty regular now.
Something else to see Mom just talking away to him at times and making
sure he's covered up when it's cool. :-)

And everythings greening up here in NE Texas. 6 to 8 inches of rain over
the last month,so my small part of the world is out of the severe
drought we were in and I'm certainly glad of that! Daffodils and
narcissus have bloomed and are fading some now. The plums have been
blooming awhile and up and down the road a lot of pears are in bloom.
And the redbud trees too! :-) Plus,my iris are budded out and about to
bloom. Elm, hackberry and willows are greened up and our oak tree has
greenbudded and now the buds are open. And the rye grass looks so
pretty! :-) Lots of green here, which is so nice after our drought!

And I've been checking up on riding lawnmowers and trailers. Have only
had one of those in my life,a used one someone gave me years ago. Got it
running then;but it was really old and wore out completely after a
couple of years. So then it was back to push and selfpropelled
lawnmowers. :-( LoL Got a bit on extra money last winter and one of the
things I thought to buy with it was a riding lawnmower and trailer. So
I've been looking at some locally and tomorrow,my oldest Sis and I are
going to another neighboring town,to look at more. Now,if I can just
make up my mind as to which kind/brand to get! LoL

That's about all for now. Wishing everyone here the best. :-)

P.S.
One other thing. Gotta check my 15 day weather forecast. Bought some
tomato plants and need to see how the weather should be over the next
couple of weeks? See if it's safe to go ahead and plant them outside?
Tasting fresh tomatoes here already and the plants aren't even in the
ground yet! LoL

Hi Ronny.... Good to see you posting again.   You're way ahead of us on your spring.   Here in Indiana we had a warm January and my daffodils and tulips came up about 4 inches and quit growing when the winter returned last month.   Hopefully they will soon start up again.  I'm so ready for spring.   I say that every year LOL
We always put out tomato plants in the spring.    Nothing can beat an Indiana tomato.   Hey we don't have the nice weather so we have to have something!
Mom's all settled in her assisted living and has a nice patio and a pond with geese outside her door.   She's wanting some flowers to look at and as soon as it gets warm enough, I'm putting a nice big pot of red geraniums.   She's always liked those.    I try to get over to see her often.  On her good days she tells me not to worry about her and that she's doing just fine.   But unfortunately those days don't happen too often anymore.
I started feeding feral cats and now I have to see to it that they get neutered.    I paid big bucks to get one of females spayed then I found out about a local program that will neuter them for $20 a piece.   I've turned into the cat lady in my old age......June

I like that-geese and flowers! :-)

Sorry to hear that. :-( Mom here has had about 3 not so good days in a
row now. Hasn't eaten much,so was glad to night when she drank a whole
glass of milk!:-)

Ronny:
Now that's not a bad thing to be! :-) LoL I just have 3 cats now. My
favorite that I name Trouble,:-) disappeared about a month ago. Hated
that. But I have a younger tom that looks nearly like him, hadn't ever
named that poor, spoiled cat,so I decided to name him Trouble2! LoL

We do have another black and white tomcat;but I don't claim him yet!
(ha) He's pretty wild and showed up 2 or 3 months ago,was obviously
hungry,so I just let him alone and put out a bit more feed. That's the
2nd cat to just show up in the last two years! Don't know where they're
coming from? Suspicion people are dropping them off here and that I
don't like a bit.

Ronny:
Good to hear you've been having some nice times.:-) Need you here to
paint our living room and kitchen ceiling tiles! LoL Oldest Sis came
over Wensday with the paint and got started on that while I had to put
back up a 4x5 foot area of tiles that had come loose. Blamed I hate
painting a ceiling! :-)

Ronny:
Enjoyed looking at your page a lot! :-) Read your other post;but you're
page was doing just fine last night when I looked at it. I would of
posted then; but was just too give out. Did a lot of yard cleanup and
mowing yesterday evening and didn't quit until past dark. Read and
slept a lot today-rainy,cool day here. Sure was nice seeing your
webpage. :-)

Still too tired to say much more tonight! LoL

Ronny:
Thank you. :-)

Wish I had more energy to post more tonight;but for right now it seems
my energy has got up and gone!LoL
I did sleep a lot this evening. :-) Thought I might as well. It was
that or clean some on the house and the sleep won out! :-) Thought I
better do that too as Mom has been staying up a lot lately at night and
sleeping a lot during the daytime. Think she woke up about 9pm tonight
and here it is near midnight and she's still wide awake.

Did get a lot of our yard cleaned up and mowed yesterday. Give out from
that;but nice to have gotten so much done! :-) Look forward to more of
that next week when we get back the sunshine and warmer temps. :-)
