Hi everybody....
Hubby was checking something somewhere online.
It seems that they now have a theory that the placques that form in the
brain with alzheimers are the byproducts, the result of some anomaly of the
brain cells suddenly attempting to divide and reproduce.
Brain cells do not reproduce, as we have long heard it.... Well, according
to somebody somewhere's research, they occasionally go haywire for some
reason and start to attempt to divide and duplicate themselves like other
cells.
Now this could be totally as BS as the shoe theory.... or our iron troll's
wacky ideas. But at least these are theories put forth by real scientists,
who are really working on the problem, not trolls with bizarre agendas for
attention.
One of these days somebody somewhere will unlock the mystery of this
illness.
Bet you dollars to doughnuts it isn't the iron man or the shoe fetishist.
