Wishin' I could be in here more lately;but have been doing a lot of needed house cleaning. And not the little stuff;but the biggies that I have put off for a long time! My last big deal is cleaning out a closet that is between my bedroom and the next room. Got all of Mom's clothes,things she never wears and never will wear again,out of there tonight. Got most of those washed and hanging up in the bathroom to dry. One more load of clothes to wash and think I will hang them all outside tomorrow in the fresh air and sunshine. So,so far this year I've cleaned out the bathroom closet,three rooms that used to be bedrooms and my bedroom. Lots of stuff sorted and then took to Goodwill, burned or thrown out for trash pickup. Now I'm nearly finished with the biggest and hardest part as soon as I finish up this closet! :-) Then I can rest for awhile before I start on the smaller things! LoL Just wish I could be in here more lately; but have really needed to be getting some cleaning done around here! P.S. Hope I haven't already posted something like this in here lately?! :-) But so tired tonight I can't remember and too tired to go and look! LoL Hi Ronny, You are really on a roll! That is great, because once you have finished all the organizing and cleaning, it becomes so much easier to live in your own home. With the clutter gone, it is easier to clean. Didn't work on it Thursday,as I went shopping for groceries and such. K,from home health care,was supposed to come at 9am to stay with Mom,so I got ready to go to town and was checking oil and such on my truck when I found out it wouldn't start! :-( When K got here I told her I didn't absolutely have to go to town;but she offered to let me use her car, :-) so I went on. Got my little cigars at the tobacco shop, :-) a few groceries and a new battery for my truck. (Tried to charge the trucks old battery;but it was too far gone.) Put the new battery on yesterday evening and the truck started right up! :-) Onething that was bad when K got here yesterday morning-Mom woke up soon after that to go to the potty chair and it was very evident that she had some diahrea! :-( Started to help her change and got a wet rag;but then just got K to take her on in the bathroom for a shower. I went to sleep way early last night in my living room recliner and woke up at 1:30am! Have mostly been online since then. :-) Need to get back on cleaning that closet;but it's in my unheated bedroom! Just put a thermometer in there to see how cool that room is? :-) Got the thermometer from outside and it's a cool 35 out back! Brrr! I know,that's Southern cold and not Northern cold!LoL But it was up in the 70's here just the other day and not that much cooler at night,so the quick change in temps feels extra cool right now and it takes me about a month to adjust to the cooler fall weather! LoL Will soon open up the bedroom door,let some heat from the living room in the bedroom and get to work. Either that or go back to sleep!
