I try my best to make use of my spare time and some money to discover
and organize health information and medical research findings to help
and communicate with unknown friends, but some friends do not like my
posts. I do not want to bring any unhappiness to any friend in the
world. Thus, please do me a favor to remove all your reply posts to
shimuhy.

Here is one way to remove your reply to shimuhy:
1. find your reply posts to shimuhy
2. click options of your posts
3. click blue "remove"
4. follow the instruction to remove it

Thank you in advance for your help and support. Have a nice day!

Please note that this appears to work only if one has a Mozilla browser.
There are a lot more ways to access usenet than via Mozilla - or even
Micro$oft - and not all of 'em have these convenient little shortcuts.

Blessed be,
Baird

Which will only work if a news server chooses to honor
remove requests. Most don't.

Your method did not work for me.
Would you be interested in buying me a newsreader that permits removal of
posts?

I can give you the download links for about 20 free ones. What operating
system are you using?

He's using MS Outlook 5.
You still haven't figured out how to stop crossposting to alt.support.cancer
(read headers) have you?
Try this on your next reply
:"Outlook Express - this seems to vary with the version (Microsoft, doncha just
love 'em). One person found they had to click on "New post", "View", "All
headers". Another says that with the Outlook Express that comes with IE4 you
have to click "Compose message", "View", "Full headers"." (except look for
"normal or extended headers - not "full" headers)

Anyway, if the OP requires that we all cancel our posts before he can cancel
his, he's foohbarred, because I cannot. My software does not recognize me as me
because I munge my email address, so these threads about cancelling might as
well end now. And I'm not changing or downloading other software. He posted. He
crossposted. He can live it and (hopefully) learn from his mistakes.
