I've been sitting here feeling stressed out about the current situation with
my dad, and I started scrolling back through the history of my posts on this
newsgroup.

One, it helped me see that as early as two years ago I was seeing reasoning
and denial problems in Dad. He has been doing so much better with his
chronic illnesses, that I had somehow forgotten how much his thinking has
slipped and that this current anger is something I have seen before -- and
he comes around once I have opened his eyes a bit and backed off.

Two, It reminded me how supportive you have all been and I trust you will be
there for me as well in the future.
