I'm interested in knowing if any of you live in an area that has a local
"Memory Walk."  We live in western Kentucky and are able to take part in the
walk in the neighboring town of Paducah.  It is sponsored by the Alzheimer's
Association and is an opportunity to help raise a bit of money for
Alzheimer's research.  My mom, who will be 93 next month, was diagnosed in
1987.  Our next Memory Walk is scheduled for September 17, 2005.

They had one here some time ago.  It was being publicized by the local adult
daycare center.
