Anett was with me when i was at the Hosp, she laughed non stop when the guy
wanted me to strip to my undies, esp as i dont wear them and had to wear one
of those tie from the back gowns that dont cover your backside and you can
see upwhen you lay down.
Yes we discussed it, she was shocked how long it took here, i also asked
them if any major improvements have been made in the last 5 years since i
last saw someone and they said then nothing could be done, he said no things
really new, and i dont have trapped nerves, its just tissue and bone damage
and more than likley nothing can be done, a metal implant really wouldnt be
done for what i have.
I dont see why i should goto Germany, i know its not a case of que jumping,
as i would be in the que there, and that its just much quicker, but i will
think about it, and ask Anett what she thinks. We spoke tonight. I did
something silly yesterday, its a daft English guy thing, which a English
girl wouldnt get upset about...........but i got what i deserved.

Julian, you truly have to stop being your own worst enemy! It is time to
think more seriously about life now, and don't do stuff that is going to get
you in trouble that you'll be sorry for later.
Sorry for talking like a mama, but my son is your age and a lot like you :-)
Best Regards,
Evelyn

Now you have me curious as to what sort of daft thing you did and what
trouble you got into for it? :-) And yes I am a terribly curious-read
nosy type person- :-) and no of course you don't have to say what it all

Well i wont mention it, (its on my blog from last Thur) but English girls
wouldnt get embarrassed or mad, so i guess its a German thing, much more
reserved and classy then English girls i guess.
Today was a great day, i collected Anett at 10am, then we pickd up granddad,
and we went to a tiny heratage museum, little indoor shops made up from
things from v old English shops and factories, like steel, so cutlery
makers, a v old pharmicist so old jars etc etc. You get the picture, there
was a grocery store made up and straight away i saw the hand machine that my
granddad had for over 50 years, a Berkals bacon slicing machine, a huge red
thing, with a car tyre size flywheel that u turned which would push and pull
a flat tray you placed the ham/bacon which sliced into a huge rotating
slicing wheel. My granddad went straight up to it, and showed people how it
worked inc the museum staff, and told people that certain customers always
had a differant thickness of meat (0-14) on the lever. It was really nice
to see, hell he retired in 90 and it was the first time he had ever been.
It was a nice little museum, i took a camera but the batteries were flat,
although i had only taken 4 pics a few days proir so expected to get a
few............Anett said she had a great time. Im going to ask them if
they want a little website building free of charge, to get more people to
know of it.After that we all took the dog for a long walk, granddad enjoyed
himself, then we went to the park cafe and all had bacon sandwitches. It
was a nice sunny dry day.
Granddad thanked us for the trip out.
Im picking Anett up later, shes stopping tonight. She leaves in just under 2
weeks now, the past 4 months have flown by.
