JULIAN HALES - 21 Oct 2004 21:40 GMT doing great, my cars fixed so took him out to dinner once, will do next week too. Hes had the dog some nights, and a good few whil i was in London filming a tv show, asked him a few weeks in advance, and about 20 other times running up to it, but he forget each one saying that was the first he heard.
Got a fone call from a neighbour this monring, sayig no sign of him, curtains open so he had got up, and no one knew of a hosp app. and i usually call around on a Thurs. we were worried, got thru to him late on, turned out the ambulance that takes him tue and fri's to the clinic came today as the doc was there esp. no one knew so that was a relief, they never told him too.. Turns out a couple of times hes been waiting outside on a Thurs and one day he thought the bus had come but he didnt hear it, he walked to the hospital, which is a good few miles and he got there ok so i guess from that point of view hes must be ok, but then i yesterday thought it was thursday and today fri.......plus i forgot his bd last week!
Cant see anything worse in him. which is good. we still bicker at each other and i love to see how he gets on with the dog.
If anyone is in the UK, let me know and i will get the info about the tv show on next month, quite funny i hope! Maybe see about putting it online from vcr too.

TV date is Sun 28th Nov CH5 , not set in stone but thats when the series is out and thats for my show. Britains worst homes.......only because i collect things, like model planes, computers etc which are piled high and not due to rats etc!! 1 day filmed here and 3 days in London, 1 day picking things out of a trendy S London 2nd hand shop and the 2 judges for the show were the tv lifestyle Scottish gay guys 'Justin & Colin' The tall one kept chatting me up and the short one was who i did nothing but argue with. Also Quietin Wilson the tv car guy, hes was rather friendly and got on great. 2nd day was in a studio decorating a 'living room' with the 3 other contestants. NEVER in my life decorated. That will show on tv when i got more paint on me and the tv guy. and the 3rd day (now by which time i was losing by a mile) we had to do one of the 4 seasons, i picked Autumn and had to design a shop window on Carnaby St, which for anyone who doesnt know is the hip clothes designer St. but worst of all i had to be part of the shop window display.
I was suposed to be taking my GF to London and be part of the show, it was set up with the tv people without my GF knowing that i was going to ask her to marry me on camera at some stage. In the end we split up just before as she said she didnt want to be on tv and as it turns out she was still seeing the guy from 2 years ago when we first met. So had to get my sister to take her place. I made her cry twice on film, not sure if they will use that but they had a lot of stuff and a quick chat the other day with the director on the fone he said he was at present cutting it up for tv but so much funy stuff about me has to be left out due to the 1 hour show time. I had to tell the tv people she was busy with work and couldnt get the time off.
I had to fight it out with 3 other people, a v famous old lady from London whose house if full of Royal family stuff, shes been on tv hundreds of times as camera crews from all over the world turn up at her house, she was nice even tho she knew i was anti royal but we got on great, a girl who was into death, black and goth, and another girl who i dont know why, who had a southern accent who i made fun of all the time.
I had to sign a disclaimer due to my health, they said beforehand not to due anything too painful and allowed me extra time to take my meds which knocked me out and work around me with that, at one part my back was v v bad, day 3 and i was laid out and they filmed that. I also had to stop and have a girl off camera hodling a bottle of water as the meds make my mouth dry out and hard to talk sometimes and having several girls doing as i asked was very nice.
I was surrounded by v nice young girls in the tv company, i had to get one to run out and get me hair gel, and i kid you not i had to check my hair every 2 min inbetween shots.
My sis whos 21 came with me, she had never been to London before, quite a bit of hanging around while she wasnt being filmed and one night all the contestants went for a night out with London and they took my sister out, she enjoyed that, i caught up with a friend i knew when i last lived in London about 12 years before so that was good.
The tv people wanted to make a fuss of that i collect cardboard boxes, which i dont, its just that i keep 1000 model plane kits etc and haveabout 60 old computers etc, cant throw anything away so keep gppd strong boxes. No idea what the final show will look like until its on tv on the night.
Wont spoil the result for anyone even tho the result was filmed on the last day, but i got more paint on me than where it should have been
