Signed dad up for hospice

sorry I dont feel much like talking about it...it was hard...he is dying
and out of his mind (which has nothing to do with his illness)...mom is
driving me crazy with the constant repetitions and delusions and she is
SO mean to me.....just wanted to check in...more later when I feel up to
it

hugs from a newbie...
my Dad has home hospice and it was extremely hard to do, but they can
make him more comfortable (when he agrees to take a pain shot!)
It has been a source of comfort to us knowing his physical ailments
are being cared for.

My experience with hospice is that you will find them caring & helpful
beyond belief.  For me, signing our son up was the hardest part; hospice
helped to make everything easier after that.
