I would want to have some infomation/opinion/testimony of improvements, for
this disease and knowledge if there are centers specializes to you in Italy
for medical assistence/cure for the INSANITY FROM BODIES THE LEWYand for
ALZHEIMER.

There is no cure at present. The very best you can hope for is to slow
down the progress somewhat - you cannot stop either illness, or
reverse the damage.
