And good fats are very good:  fish oil, coconut oil, evening primrose
oil.

Your ignorance is showing.  I would suppose that any new idea would
threaten you.  Coconut oil is almost entirely medium chain saturated
fatty acids.  It is the long chain saturated fatty acids that are bad.
I have had GREAT success with coconut oil.  If this is bad, if the END
of my nightly shoulder pain is bad, well, then, bring it on, baby!.
More energy, also.

The most important of the medium chain fatty acids is lauric acid,
which is also in plentiful supply in mother's milk and butter.  I don't
see babies dying of heart disease.  The dairy industry switched from
coconut oil to soy oil because it made the cattle FATTER.  Coconut oil
made them leaner.  But I suppose it is a waste of time telling you
since you already have all of the answers.
