Hi!,

For quite some time now, I have had a lot of pain in the ball of my feet,
the right one in particular. At times too painful to even get out of bed to
stand on them first up in the morning.I have flat feet and have been told
that I should wear arch supports in my shoes. Whenever I am on my feet for
long periods at a time, they ache a real lot when I sit or lay down. Can you
help??

Bone spur? A little arthritis? Tendonitis?
Cheap OTC arch supports can cause as
much trouble as the problem they seek to correct.
