Not at all;  There's a wealth of basic info, including anatomy/bio of the
colon and digestive tract,  as well as brief descriptions of the diseases,
explained clearly and simply so that even such as I, who have not studied
the subject, can understand it. (Not the looong words or medical terms that
tend to be used in medline abstracts and which can need translating before
I get what they're saying.)
