Tim Bolen - 19 Oct 2009 19:24 GMT I have two new articles on the www.bolenreport.com website you will find interesting…
The first - “Will Suzanne Somers New Book on Alternative Cancer Therapies Start the Cancer Revolt?...” says “Watch Larry King tonight. He's interviewing Suzanne Somers about her new book "Knockout," which talks about REAL treatments, ones that actually work, for cancer. 9:00PM EST
The longest running war conducted by the United States is not the war in Iraq, nor the war in .Afghanistan. It is the "War on Cancer" started, with great fanfare, in 1972, thirty-seven years ago, by President Richard Nixon. It is a complete failure. The enemy, cancer, continues to gain ground.
In truth, the only people who benefit from this war are those in the huge, for profit, cancer industry - certainly not cancer victims or their families. The accepted therapies, those claimed to be "proven," are, in actuality, worthless. The statistics generated, even though the industry massages them, clearly show that 97.9% people who go the chemotherapy therapy route are dead five years later. That's correct - chemotherapy only has a 2.1% success rate over five years. Put in a 2.5% "margin of error" and you've got a big fat zero.
More, the government apparatus we've created to help with this war is no more than a huge "welfare for scientists" program with absolutely nothing to show for their thirty-seven years of existence except higher percentages of cancer deaths.
The second – “Quackbusters Sue Each Other - All is Not Well in Scumville ... says “On November 3rd, of the year 2000, quackbusters Stephen Barrett, Terry Polevoy, and Christopher Grell sued me, Tim Bolen, along with a whole host of people, claiming that world famous author and health humanitarian Hulda Regehr Clark PhD had hired me, Tim Bolen, to defame them - and that several others had conspired with Clark and myself to accomplish that. After 8 and 1/2 years of no action to prove the case the judge threw it out, Dismissing it out of hand. You can read the entire article, the one that went around the world like wildfire, detailing Barrett, Polevoy, and Grell's huge humiliation, by clicking here..
The case wracked up huge legal bills for the Plaintiffs who also had to pay for the attorney fees for one of the Defendants, Ilena Rosenthal. And, those bills came to over $500,000 US. And, they are not yet paid.
More, Ilena's attorneys are getting very aggressive about the collection. As well they should. Last month, in Ontario, Canada Ilena's attorneys won a judgment against Plaintiff Terry Polevoy for $311,000 US plus three years back interest - totaling over $350,000 US. They want payment, from Polevoy, right this minute.
And Polevoy is screeching like a cornered rat...
He is blaming Grell and Barrett for his problems. He could be right - or not. I'll let you read his lawsuit in a minute.

Happy Oyster - 19 Oct 2009 19:52 GMT >author and health humanitarian Hulda Regehr Clark PhD had hired me, >Tim Bolen, Hulda Clark is a plain criminal. Hulda Clark and her accomplices are responsible and guilty for the misery and death of thousands of patients.

This written to advise you to "cease and desist" from discussing me, and libeling me any further than you have. I'm tired of you posting about untruthful information about me, and Annie is one of my names.
I have proof that my computer was hacked into, and hacked into people connected to Quackwatch. All you are doing is making a bigger fool out of yourself than you already have. Bob Kulacz, and Tim Bolen have copies of the emails I sent. The windows portion of my Mac Book was hacked into, and I'm no longer on Wireless. I am on dial-up.
You have no idea of what you are talking about.
You falsely accused me of (Bob Kulacz forwarded me the emails) of going to California to stalk Ilena, that I had joined the gang, and that you didn't trust me. This was entire fairy tale that you and Ilena made up, and I'm sorry that you feel that anyone that doesn't agree with you is a LIAR, but you have libelled me for the last time. It will not happen again. I am no longer posting there and there is no further need to discuss me.
Ask your attorney to explain what "LIBEL" is. Calling someone a liar just because you don't happen to believe them, is libel.
And there are two J. Drew's. It was even pointed out by another poster in the group.
Thank you.

I'm kind of curious to find out if something I read a while back has any truth attached to it. I have read where fans of celebrities have started websites using the celebrities names in the website address, and the celebrities have successfully been able to have those websites removed because the fan was using a name other than their own in the web address, and without permission. ------------------------------------

I am very happily RETIRED from working. But, thank you for your 'unusual concern' about how I spend MY time. You wouldn't have been 'baiting' to learn who my 'employer' was, so you could complain about me, were you?????? Chortle, chortle, chortle.
[Apparently DEBBEE has nothing better to do (while she's 'working' so hard for a living) than to search the internet looking for some kind of 'dirt' on people. The best she could do with me was find a reference to a store I previously owned.]
Is that YOUR 'real life', DEBBEE? Certainly writing for little known rag called 60's Beat can't be all you do to pay the rent.

TEN YEARS NOW.
And Jan Drew, despite all kind or tough pleas NOT to stalk people, continious with here crimionakl behavior.
I think that TEN YEARS really is enough time that has been given to her top stop. And now, there definitely is an end.
Janet Mae Stidd, married to Mr. Drew on 25th, november, 1970, living in Bloomington, Indiana, do cease and desist your crimes!

ACA Handbook Excerpts
Purpose
Aims & Objectives
Requirements for Admission
PURPOSE
In a state in which public schools offer excellent educational opportunities at public expense, a private school should have a special reason for its existence. Adventist Christian Academy , with the unique standards and *********************************************************** character of the Seventh-day Adventist Church , differs ******************************************************* sufficiently from the public school to justify its establishment. *****************************************************************
Christian principles, as practiced by Seventh-day Adventists, have first place in determining the policies of Adventist Christian Academy .
The following quotation defines the Seventh-day Adventist concept of Christian education: “True education means more than the pursuit of a certain course of study. It means more than a preparation for the life that now is. It has to do with the whole being and with the whole period of existence possible to man. It is the harmonious development of the physical, the mental, and the spiritual powers. It prepares the student for the joy of service in this world, and for the higher joy of wider service in the world to come.” Education, p. 13.
Seventh-day Adventists sincerely believe that Christ is coming literally to this earth to claim His own, but before He comes, the gospel is to be taken into all the world. “With such an army of workers as our youth, rightly trained, might furnish, how soon the message of a crucified, risen, and soon-coming Savior might be carried to the whole world.” Education, p. 271. Adventist Christian Academy begins the training of its youth in this high responsibility.
Adventist Christian Academy offers grades K through 8 of formal education. Our school provides a state-approved curriculum and is supervised and accredited through the Education Department of the Indiana Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
“And Jesus increased in wisdom¼”
Skills and Knowledge -- To teach the value and necessity of the mental habits of application and concentration. To provide the acquisition of common skills and knowledge essential to scholastic progress. To engender a love of learning that will be carried throughout their life here in this world and into the world to come.
“¼And Stature¼”
Health and Recreation -- To promote the study and practice of the principles of health and temperance, in the belief that mental and spiritual vigor are in a great degree dependent upon physical health, strength and activity. To guide students in making good choices regarding recreation and leisure time.
“¼And in favor with God¼”
Relationship to God -- To instill a knowledge of God and love for Him and for Jesus Christ
who came into the world to be its Redeemer. To establish belief and practice in the essential relational experience of faith and prayer. To develop respect and reverence for the Bible as the divine Word of God, including the Ten Commandments as the rule of guidance for a complete life.
Character -- To present the ideals of true culture and encourage an appreciation of what is pure, true, noble, right and beautiful. To develop an inward fortitude against evil and a sense of personal responsibility in the application of spiritual, social, moral and physical laws that should govern individual conduct.
“¼And with man.” Luke 2:52
Home and Family -- To awaken an appreciation of home, where love is the motivating power in the life of every member of the family.
Citizenship -- To inspire love of country, loyalty to country, and respect for recognized authority.
Service -- To establish in the minds and hearts of the students the Christian motive of service and concern for others as opposed to the incentive of selfish rivalry. To emphasize the value and dignity of labor in the development of character and in carrying out the responsibilities of life.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
Adventist Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, or ethnic origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students. In administration of its educational policies it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin.
Adventist Christian Academy is operated especially for the youth of the Seventh-day Adventist faith. It is a privilege, not a right to attend A.C.A. However, as space permits, a student who is not a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church may be admitted. It is expected that all students will uphold the standards of Adventist Christian Academy and will cheerfully endeavor to live in harmony with the principles of the school. Parents who, after consultation with the teacher and the principal, find themselves in disagreement with the practices or policies of the school may be asked to withdraw their student.
It is recommended that students not be entered in school before they reach the age of six years. Parents of each Kindergarten student must present the student’s birth certificate to the school by July 1st.
Students may be required to undergo testing before acceptance or during the first month of the school year. If satisfactory achievement scores are on file at A.C.A., testing may be omitted. The school reserves the right, after testing an applicant and counseling with the parents, to change the grade placement to one more suitable for the student. The school may not be equipped or sufficiently staffed to offer continuous remedial help to students with special needs.
Applicants for admission must submit a standard application blank, properly filled out, which will be presented to the A.C.A. Board for final approval.
New and returning students should have a G.P.A. of 2.0 (or equivalent) in order to be considered for admission. Students with a recent scholastic performance below 2.0 will be subject to the Scholastic Probation Policy. Deviation from this standard may be done only at the discretion of the school board.
Scholastic Probation will be in effect the first nine weeks following admittance. It will be required that the student improve their G.P.A. to a current 2.0 or above within the following nine week period. Continued monitoring of the student’s G.P.A. will be evaluated every three weeks for the next nine weeks. Failure to meet this standard may result in dismissal. Re-admittance during the next or subsequent school years will be evaluated on an individual basis, subject to the previous year’s performance. Also, scholastic performance at any time during the school year, which falls below 2.0 for any nine-week grading period, will result in a Scholastic Probation as outlined above.
If at any time during the school year the A.C.A. faculty believes a student needs professional evaluation, and/or testing for learning, behavioral or attention disorders, it is the parents’ responsibility to arrange for such examination and make the results available to A.C.A. faculty in a timely manner (as determined by the principal). If this requirement is not met, the student ***************************************************************************** may be asked to withdraw from school. *****************************************************************************

I do not know if Janet Mae Stidd, married Drew, is part of the "Seventh-day Adventist Church" of Bloomington, Indiana. But it seems that
<quote> "the unique standards and ******************************************************* character of the Seventh-day Adventist Church , differs ******************************************************* sufficiently from the public school to justify its establishment. ***************************************************************** </quote>
Perhaps the "Seventh-day Adventist Church" of Bloomington, Indiana, could have some influence on her. Unless she already
<quote> may be asked to withdraw from school. </quote>
You do know it: The bible is a book about war. It is full of blood shedding and cruelty.
These are words by Jan Drew:
<quote> Wow - Debbee is calling people "Miss Busy Body" - and stating it isn't our business to know *who" she is, *what" she does for a living, or *where* she lives. Yet, she sees fit to get into other people's business, calling their employers, etc. and giving fictious and defamatory information.
What a piece of work you are Debbee! </quote>
Jan Drew, THAT "piece of work", has no problem with calling employers, whith making complaints, etc,...
Janet Mae Stidd, "Jan Drew", attacks other persons' families. She never gives pardon, she never apologizes, not even for the greatest lie or assault.
She has no mercy, she lets children die - consequence of the false advice she gives.
To follow her medical claims can lead to the death of your children and of yourself.

I'm no longer reading this newsgroup, and came back when yet again, you would appear to be a few sandwiches short of a full picnic, and I will not longer tolerate the garbage that is spewing from your toxic mouth.
Leave my name out of your discussions. Lose my name from your vocabulary.

Thank you.

I also called the DRE. Ilena Rosenthal has a license through the DRE, as do you, Myrl Jeffcoat. Have you done anything Myrl or Ilena that would violate the code ethics of the licenses you have??

>From a few previous poster's mentioning something about DEBBEE and a lawsuit....I got the impression DEBBEE had sued Mark Lindsey of Paul Revere and the Raiders. Alas it appears was the other way around. Funny how she denied any knowledge of it however.

If ever there was the intent to use the legal system to shut people up, this was it. Yet it is Barrett, Polevoy who have ended up with the legal costs in a SLAPP judgment, after a relentless, lying smear campaign on their characters, instigated by Bolen and spread about by Ilena Rosenthal!
And who now does not understand that Hulda Clark was deluded (to put it charitably)?

The guide on how to survive misc.health.alternative Rule #4
Do not fall for religious insanity which is disguised as medical argument. **************************************************************************
Question: Why is so often mentioned that certain patterns or arguments are based on religion?`
Answer: Because it is true.
Example A =========
>They are trying to blame everything on viruses, which is a load of >crap. Our bodies have been dealing with the same viruses for thousands [quoted text clipped - 4 lines] >money, when we have the ability to actually reverse diseases, we just >need the funds to do it! That is religiotic bullshit. The key of it is that
a) man is made by god
b) god's creation withstands all illnesses BECAUSE IT IS MADE BY GOD AND BECAUSE THIS WORLD IS MADE FOR THIS VERY CREATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That ideology behind this simply is insane.
But it can even get worse: some super-idiots claim that vaccination is blasphemy because it doubts the love of god and that the love of god would shield against ALL illnesses.
Some people get really upset when confronted with these facts. But the point here is: The anti-vaccinationists want to stop vaccination. No vaccination - that would mean the death of MILLIONS of children and adults each year.
To stop vaccination de facto is mass murder.
But the religiots ACCEPT the death of these millions of children and adults. They sacrifice them...
So, one of the most important things to look for is:
What is the REAL base of the arguments you are told? ====================================================
Do never forget: Medicine shall save the lives of your children and of yourself. If you mess it up, you can shoot yourself rightway.
Example B =========
"Andrew B. Chung, MD/PhD" <love22@thetruth.com>
Part 1 ------
"Leeerooy Jenkins" <j@j.com> gave a description of Andrew B. Chung in Message-ID: <Nu6dnb94loVIlujXnZ2dnUVZ_qmdnZ2d@giganews.com>
<quote> Andrew Chung:
Is a frequent and proven liar (evidence archived forever on Google)
Has lost numerous NNTP accounts with supernews and others, has had many Google accounts nuked, and his vanity domain heartmdphd.com is now banned from setting up accounts. He is instead using multiple Google sock accounts and email addresses in the format lo...@thetruth.com (# being a number)
Is unemployed after being sacked with cause from his one and only job after just over 80 days
Fled the state of Florida, and now claims to practice in Georgia despite having no admission priveliges in the State's hospitals
Runs a phony foundation with a total declared income of circa $200, the ownership and contact details of which are obfuscated on its website
Makes failed prophecies concerning earthquakes with areas and dates, which don't happen (remember the bible quotes about false prophets)
Performed a public attempt at 'exorcising' a Malaysian sock on usenet, then denied doing it. He has recently reversed position again and admits to practicing exorcism by usenet, proving himself a liar in the process.
Promotes a dangerous diet, with a million dollar guarantee that he demands thirty dollars to access details of. This despite being unemployed. His soliciting and spamming for donations looks to be similar to the Nigerian Advance Fee Fraud, where victims pay money upfront in the hope of coming into riches but find they have merely bought into a lie. Part of his advice is to pour nail polish remover onto food.
Declares he has a cardiology practice despite posting night and day from the same IP address (his home presumably) or a coffee shop internet cafe
Makes further false prophecies that we should now be all dying in a bird flu pandemic. When these fail to happen, he does them all over again and changes the dates. Nuclear war is another Chung spciality, which naturally doesn't happen when he says it is going to.
Worships evil hatemonger Fred Phelps and will not denounce the acts of Westboro's congregation. He even accuses someone with the name Phelps of being Fred's son and refuses to accept he is completely wrong.
Uses the same patter as Pat Robertson, indicating his religious activity is confined to watching cable TV. No evidence Chung has ever attended a church.
Has a tendency to cyberstalk, particularly women. His wife fled some time ago to another state, an act which Chung tries to pass off as "being on vacation".
Frequently passes himself off as being qualified in areas such as endocrinology, despite making incredibly fundamental blunders in his 'advice'. It is no wonder the Florida heart facility terminated him, and has publicly denounced his version of events. Again archived on Google.
Don't forget the fake fast, where he didn't lose any weight, as well as the infamous 666 stamping fiasco. His latest vile trick is spamming the blogs of dying cancer patients and then crowing triumphantly when they pass away. </quote>
Part 2 ------
Andrew B. Chung supports mass murder.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tim, you are a big fat zero on an agenda.
Your 5 yr route is old stats, currently its up to about 10. It also greatly improves quality of life rather than let the patient suffer for 5 yrs dieing, they now get 10 to live.
The cancer "industry" is built on people who care about their patients and their families. They are honest about the income, something that the likes of Hulda never were. As to research monies and daily care monies they are two different things.
Sprinkle some Hulda crystals on a few oysters and culture your own pearls to wear in remembrance and hope they weren't the glow in the dark radiation crystals from hidden treatments.

Patrick Timothy Bolen and his entourage of cancer quacks and their supporters can't stand it, so they said that she died of something else.
When I heard that she died of a spinal injury, I knew that she must have had cancer of some kind. All it took was about $12.00 to obtain a copy of her certificate from the San Diego County Clerk's office.

What you failed to understand is that her Henchmen, when it came time to prove her stuff worked, could not, even though they had unfettered access to her decades of "research." They could not meet even a simple burden of proof.
In absence of proof that something "works" it is fair to accept that it does not.

The simple fact is that there is no cover-up regarding asbestos. In the 1980's, under AHERA, schools nationwide removed tons of it. Construction companies were forced to perform abatement before renovations or demolition. There is no doubt that there are very sick people with asbestosis and mesothelioma who were exposed to asbestos. I meet several of them every month and can usually find some documentation of their possible exposure so they can recevie WC benefits.
Backj in the 1950's and 1960's, there was no idea that asbestos exposure could be so dangerous. During WWII boat builders at the Navy Yards were routinely exposed to it, brought the dust home, and exposed their families. No one knew.
When I was in elementary school, I received a kit from a group in Canada, where asbestos was mined, called "Asbestos-The Magic Mineral." I brought it to school for a science project. No one knew.
Once the dangers became known, precautions were put in place, and, eventually, abatement was begun. There is far less asbestos in our environment to day, and HULDA CLARK HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!
Anyone claiming that there was a cover-up is an liar.

EPA warning on asbestos is under attack Lawyers target materials detailing dangers in brakes
The federal government’s 17- year effort to warn backyard and professional mechanics of the dangers of cancer-causing as- bestos in brakes is under attack.
The deadly truth about asbestos A brief chronology of what the owners and managers of asbestos companies knew, and when they knew it.
1890s * Asbestos, which previously had few industrial uses, becomes a raw material for large manufacturing industries, exposing large numbers of workers to asbestos dust for the first time. Asbestos-caused disease often develops decades after a person was first exposed. As a result, it was not until the early 1900s that large numbers of workers developed symptoms. David Kotelchuck, "Asbestos: ‘The Funeral Dress of Kings' - and Others" in Dying for Work: Workers' Safety and Health in Twentieth-Century America, ed. by David Rosner and Gerald Markowitz, Indiana University Press, Bloomington, IN 1987, p193
1918 * A Prudential Insurance Company official notes that life insurance companies will not cover asbestos workers, because of the "health-injurious conditions of the industry." Barry I. Castleman, Asbestos: Medical and Legal Aspects, 4th edition, Aspen Law and Business, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 1996, p.5-6
1930 * Major asbestos company Johns-Manville produces report, for internal company use only, about medical reports of asbestos worker fatalities. Barry I. Castleman, Asbestos: Medical and Legal Aspects, 4th edition, Aspen Law and Business, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 1996, p.663
1932 * Letter from U.S. Bureau of Mines to asbestos manufacturer Eagle-Picher states: "It is now known that asbestos dust is one of the most dangerous dusts to which man is exposed." Paul Brodeur, Outrageous Misconduct: The Asbestos Industry on Trial, Pantheon Books, New York NY, 1985, p.327
1933 * Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. doctors find that 29 percent of workers in a Johns-Manville plant have asbestosis. Barry I. Castleman, Asbestos: Medical and Legal Aspects, 4th edition, Aspen Law and Business, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 1996, p.26
* Johns-Manville officials settle lawsuits by 11 employees with asbestosis on the condition that the employees' lawyer agree to never again "directly or indirectly participate in the bringing of new actions against the Corporation."
Paul Brodeur, Outrageous Misconduct: The Asbestos Industry on Trial, Pantheon Books, New York NY, 1985, p.114
1934 * Officials of two large asbestos companies, Johns-Manville and Raybestos-Manhattan, edit an article about the diseases of asbestos workers written by a Metropolitan Life Insurance Company doctor. The changes minimize the danger of asbestos dust. Paul Brodeur, Outrageous Misconduct: The Asbestos Industry on Trial, Pantheon Books, New York NY, 1985, p.114-15
1935 * Officials of Johns-Manville and Raybestos-Manhattan instruct the editor of Asbestos magazine to publish nothing about asbestosis. Paul Brodeur, Outrageous Misconduct: The Asbestos Industry on Trial, Pantheon Books, New York NY, 1985, p.116
1936 * A group of asbestos companies agrees to sponsor research on the health effects of asbestos dust, but require that the companies maintain complete control over the disclosure of the results. Barry I. Castleman, Asbestos: Medical and Legal Aspects, 4th edition, Aspen Law and Business, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 1996, p.587

Castleman, Asbestos: Medical and Legal Aspects, 4th edition, Aspen Law and Business, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 1996, p.195
1942 or 1943 * The president of Johns-Manville says that the managers of another asbestos company were "a bunch of fools for notifying employees who had asbestosis." When one of the managers asks, "do you mean to tell me you would let them work until they dropped dead?" The response is reported to have been, "Yes. We save a lot of money that way." 1952 * Dr. Kenneth Smith, Johns-Manville medical director, recommends (unsuccessfully) that warning labels be attached to products containing asbestos. Later Smith testifies: "It was a business decision as far as I could understand . . . the corporation is in business to provide jobs for people and make money for stockholders and they had to take into consideration the effects of everything they did and if the application of a caution label identifying a product as hazardous would cut into sales, there would be serious financial implications." 1953 * National Gypsum's safety director writes to the Indiana Division of Industrial Hygiene, recommending that acoustic plaster mixers wear respirators "because of the asbestos used in the product." 1890s * Asbestos, which previously had few industrial uses, becomes a raw material for large manufacturing industries, exposing large numbers of workers to asbestos dust for the first time. Asbestos-caused disease often develops decades after a person was first exposed. As a result, it was not until the early 1900s that large numbers of workers developed symptoms.

Jan Drew - 05 Nov 2009 00:55 GMT I have two new articles on the www.bolenreport.com website you will find interesting…

Who were these "henchmen? What is their history? Where did they work and doing what before becomeing her "henchmen"? Just trying to get to the truth here. Not making sense to my, or the established norm, is not reason enough to reject things. Seems to me some of the wasted mony spent on "medical research" might be worth the investment.>

So, ACCORDING TO HULDA CLARK'S FAMILY: if there was ever anything that Hulda Clark could do to cure disease, she took the secret to her grave.

That's the crucial difference. You mean you don't believe in freedom of speech when it threatens the interests of your sponsors. I'm shocked. If Clark was a fraud, she was still not as big a fraud as that.

The trust generated in patients using an "approved" treatment that is proven to fail conveys much greater harm because those patients won't typically question it. Well? "For many years we have all believed that cancer is different from other diseases. We believed that cancer behaves like a fire, in that you can't stop it once it has started. Therefore, you have to cut it out or radiate it to death or chemically destroy every cancerous cell in the body since it can never become normal again. NOTHING COULD BE MORE WRONG! And we have believed that cancers of different types such as leukemia or breast cancer have different causes. Wrong again! In this book you will see that all cancers are alike. They are all caused by a parasite. A single parasite! It is the human intestinal fluke. And if you kill this intestinal parasite, the cancer stops immediately. The tissue becomes normal again. In order to get cancer, you must have this parasite.
How can the human intestinal fluke cause cancer? This intestinal parasite typically lives in the intestine where it might do little harm, causing only colitis
or irritable bowel syndrome, or perhaps nothing at all. But if it invades a different organ, like the uterus or kidneys or liver, it does a great deal of harm. If it establishes itself in the liver, it causes cancer!
It only establishes itself in the liver in some people. These people have propyl alcohol in their bodies. All cancer patients (100%) have both propyl alcohol and the intestinal fluke in their livers. The solvent propyl alcohol is responsible for letting the fluke establish itself in the liver. In order to get cancer, you must have both the parasite and propyl alcohol in your body".

Your reply to me was in response to my comment that a book titled "The cure for all cancers" does not logically translate into "the cure for every patient." The excerpt here describes her theories but does not address my point. The statement "...IF you kill this intestinal parasite, the cancer stops immediately" is conditional. Though I disagree with Clark's ideas, there is no claim here that every patient under her care experienced a cure.
Martin - 03 Nov 2009 22:07 GMT >> >> >First, you don't know how she died. >> [quoted text clipped - 44 lines] >disagree with Clark's ideas, there is no claim here that every patient >under her care experienced a cure. The title "The cure for all cancers" is NOT conditional, you blathering idiot. Oh, and do read the rest of her book(s). She also claims she can kill the parasite in every and all cases with her zapper. So there's no if - get the zapper treatment = get rid of the parasites = get cured of cancer. Of course, IF you don't get the zapper treatment, you will not get cured. That's the only if there is. But I'm afraid you won't get it anyway. I mean, you're the one who claims that if someone can cure all cancers, it does not mean she can not cure all patients.

That does not mean every illness resulting from poor nutrition is reversible in every patient. Clark did not refer to All PATIENTS but to All Cancers, i.e., all FORMS of the disease. This would be apparent to anyone with a functioning brain (which of course excludes you.)

> Clark did not refer to All PATIENTS but to All Cancers, i.e., all FORMS of the disease. So you still claim that curing the disease is not the same as curing the patient? Petey, Hulda not only claimed to be able to cure all cancers, even with the patient at death's door, she claimed to be able to cure all disease. Not just treat, but cure it. Period. That means she could cure all patients, since curing the disease means curing the patient. Or do you think that, say, shooting an AIDS patient cures the disease because it will stop the virus from doing what it does? (just curious how insane you are)

As for what Clark believed, that isn't what you've been whining about. I note you still have not produced a single quote in which she claims to have cured every patient she treated. G-d's Justice System
When we judge others, we are setting our own personal justice system. If I am constantly finding fault and criticizing others, I send a message to G-d. Shortcomings should be noticed and highlighted; there's no room for mercy and tolerance. And G-d allows us to fashion the very justice system with which He views us. If we see only the bad in others, we bring upon ourselves the very judgment we, in our minds, visit upon others daily.
http://www.yeshiva.org.il/midrash/shiur.asp?id=338
In the next portion of the midrash, the sages teach that it is fitting for people to speak in clean, appropriate language:"
The words of Hashem are pure'...In the Torah, God chose to write eight extra words in order to avoid using terminology which was not 100% 'clean. In the Book of Bereishit, for instance, Noach is told to choose for the ark from among 'the pure cattle and from the cattle that is not pure...' [- instead of referring to the latter group using the Hebrew term for ritually impure beasts, "Tameh." ] In disqualifying the rabbit as a pure animal, the Torah does not say that the impurity derives from the fact that the rabbit does not have split hooves, [though this is true] but rather that the rabbit is impure because it [only] chews its cud. (Vaykira 11)" The clear message of the midrash: when unpleasant things are uttered, they must be expressed in the cleanest, most honorable manner possible.
When we talk about being careful about speech, we're talking about two different issues. What to say, and how to say it.
First of all, it is important not to say things that need not be said. When something is in need of being said, it should be expressed using clean, appropriate language. I've mentioned on several occasions that Rav Tzvi Yehuda Kook (of blessed memory) was very cautious with his words, always carefully weighing what he had to say before he said it. He would never say things in the negative, but would always couch his ideas in positive terms. ----------------------------------------------------- You would do well to read that many times each day.

It's a bone cancer -- the one that killed Sam Walton. Formerly one of the "you're gonna die, suckah!" types, things have gotten dramatically better since Walton left a honking endowment for research. Oddly enough, one of the more important drugs for it is ... thalidomide. It's a strange world.
I know someone who was diagnosed with multiple myeloma a year and a half ago. If he weren't the sort to ignore problems until they get impossible to overlook, he'd have been diagnosed quite a bit earlier. As it is, he's in remission.
Clark is dead, apparently (from the family statements) after the cancer ate a good bit of her spine.

FDA "approved" chemotherapy in the treatment of most cancers permits oncologists to hide behind the falsity of unproven claims. But it's actually worse. Chemo has been proven *not* to effectively treat the majority of cancers, and since patients don't tend to question "approved" treatments, they are more vulnerable regardless of what a doctor may claim.

So, nobody oncologist claims he can cure all cancers, or you would have gladly pointed him out. The rest of what you're saying is just hot air. The point is that Hulda claimed to be able to cure all cancers and the fact that she died from cancer proves she could not. Which means that all the people criticizing her were right. Even if all oncologist turn out to be raving mad massmurderers, it doesn't change a thing about the fact that Hulda Clark has now been proven to have been a total fraud.

A book titled "The cure for all cancers" does not logically translate into "the cure for every patient." Doctors treat patients for illnesses they also die of. So you're saying that Hulda might have been able to cure all cancers, but at the same time her patients still died of cancer? Are you making up your own meaning of words again, in this case, the word 'cure'?
> Doctors treat patients for illnesses they also die of. While I don't personally subscribe to >Clark's theories, your attacks on her are hypocritical. No, they're not. I already told you that if you point out any oncologist to me who claims he can cure all cancer, no matter what stage, I will attack him just as much. No, idiot, I'm pointing out the stupidity of your argument, which you repeat here. A practitioner may believe that a particular treatment is the best approach for every patient with a particular disease, that doesn't mean they expect every patient to respond.

Again, FDA "approved" chemo in the treatment of most cancers permits oncologists to hide behind the falsity of unproven claims. Since patients don't tend to question "approved" treatments, they are vulnerable regardless of overt claims by personal physicians. Put another way, by the time a cancer patient is prepped for chemo, all the marketing has been accomplished.

Here's the titles of her books: The Cure and Prevention of All Cancers The Cure for All Cancers: Including over 100 Case Histories of Persons Cured by Hulda R. Clark The Cure For All Advanced Cancers Cure for All Diseases (which would include cancer of course)
This is from "The Cure For All Advanced Cancers": "Cancer can now be cured, not only the early stages, but also advanced cancer, stages four and five, including imminent death."
See, no qualifiers, not in any of the titles. She claimed she could even cure cancer if the patient was facing imminent death.

> The Cure for All Cancers: Including over 100 Case Histories of > Persons Cured by Hulda R. If I write a book titled "The Cure for All Heart Disease," I am conveying that every form of the disease is treatable, not that every patient will experience a cure. If you don't grasp the distinction, you need someone to take guardianship over your personal affairs.

Big circle label all cancers inside the big circle a small label "all patients'.
He claims semantics but is attempting to create a tautology.
Claims of curing all diseases is likewise an all inclusive claim in which the subset of all patients is in the set of all diseases.

I see from your newsletter and web site that you now believe that Suzanne Somers has revealed "REAL treatments, ones that actually work, for cancer". Does this mean that you have finally woken up to the fact that your best friend Hulda Clark didn't really have "The Cure For All Cancers" or does it mean that you are just opportunistically jumping on the next bandwagon to come along? Still, seven weeks was long enough to grieve over Hulda's death before moving on, and with her gone you need another trough to feed at.
I have a couple more questions for you while I have the emailer out.
Was it difficult getting approval from the authorities for the release of toxic waste so that the charred remains of the dead Hulda could be dumped into the ocean?
