Haven't heard from our mate Tim Bolen for a while, so an update on the
Kadile case that refers to the true facts, now that it is concluded and
participants can sp[eak more freely.

Neither the NACHF, nor Dr Barrett nor any healthfraud agency was responsible
for bringing the case against him.   The FDA and some insurance agencies
brought the local medical board's attention to the fate of certain of
Kadile's patients who had undergone chelation.

Court documents show that of five patients who underwent chelation two
subsequently had heart attacks, one of whom died, and another had a stroke.
This is what initially brought him to the attention of these parties.
These facts were  never disputed in court.   Neither was the fact that he
was advertising the treatment with many false claims.

His case was lost.   He is to undergo assessment of his competency to
practice and retraining if necessary.     He is to pay costs.

An interesting outcome is that Kadile can still do chelation therapy as an
off-label usage of chelation agents that happen to be approved by the FDA
for other purposes.   So much for the supposed suppression of  the method.

If you are a true-blue alternative believer you can thus still go and see Dr
Kadile for your chelation.  You will merely have to sign a consent form
stating that you have been given certain advice regarding it (that you are
quite free to disbelieve).  So much for the supposed suppression of this
common quack practice.

Oh, it is not supposed, not by a long shot. The fact is, it works and people
want it.

It's not suppressed, it's just a common quack practice.

Thank you for posting that link.  With the exception of Anth, it appears that
almost all the proper citations & research are being done by skeptics.

It is a tough job, considering how many lies and yarns the Alties like to
spin.

Some random thoughts about bin Blowpipe ....

The proctologist had a press conference. They found his head.

He needs to save his breath... he'll need it to inflate his date.

He's a guy .. just because he has one, doesn't mean he has to be one.

Some people are alive only because it's illegal to shoot them.
