“You should not be going to a doctor saying, ‘I have restless leg
syndrome’ — whatever the hell that is — or going to a doctor saying,
‘I have the mumps,’ ” Mr. Nadler said in an interview. “You should not
be diagnosed by some pitchman on TV who doesn’t know you whatsoever.”

This sounds nauseatingly like what the Unit Chief of NYP Cornell Payne
Whityney Clinic said to me in 2007:

"You cannot just come here and get what you want!"

We will fill you with lithium instead.

"And  NOW we'resending off back to the streets, or to a Drop In Center
that will not accept you, when you go there, 2 days from now.

& in 2 years, you have a much worsened arm injury, in fact, a severe
shoulder injury that prohibits your from lifting ANYTHING including
your own hand above your head.

You will have no place to shower more than 20 minutes once a week.

& you will have NO Legal Aid lawyer or anyone else answer you during
this time."
