There are none, since the function of a diuretic is to
override the body's natural management of blood chemistry,
and that can be literally lethal in the wrong circumstances.

Now, if you want some that are *relatively* safe and have
known side-effect profiles, there are several.  Caffeine
and alcohol are two popular ones, but note that they do
have potentially dangerous side-effects.

Don't forget the dangers of Cranberry juice and green tea.

BTW non alchoholic beer has the same diuretic effect..  Don't tell anyone.

The one most often forgotten, yet the most effective is salt reduction.

If you attempt to eliminate ALL salt intake, you will most probably end up
with 200% of your daily requirement.
