   Where does the data go that is received from the illegal
eavesdropping on homes?
   In California, we know it went directly across the street with the
help of Ralph Nosek's computer buddy, Sam Battles, and with the ever
so capable help of the Computer Lab at Stanford, where there just so
happened to have a "Scientific Advisor," and a thug named Mark
Thorson.  From there, it went to Quackwatchland.
  In Washington, we know it went directly across the street to the
All Saints Lutheran Church where the dirty deed was performed
uploading it to Pacific Lutheran's Computer Lab and off to
Quackwatchland.  It would appear that the old scientific advisor at
PLU, Christin Hansvik had her ugly little hands connected in this as
well.
  In California, I was using dial-up.    It would appear that good
old Ralphie had a friend in the "telephone installation business."
With laser mikes aimed at my windows picking up the audio, every time
the repair guys for the phone company would come out, the problem
would "be healed," they did detect a lot of radio noise in the phone,
that's when I discovered Ralphie's old buddy, Mark Shuster, who
disappeared from coming in the neighborhood shortly after he was
busted.  Mark, was a ham radio operator.  It was when they made a
serious mistake of letting me hear the train noises coming from
Ralphie's garage coming through the telephone ---playing with Ralphie,
I am sure was driving him insane.  You see, Ralphie had a miniature
railroad in his garage.  I saw Mark Shuster in Lake Tahoe in October
1998.  Shortly after making the discovery about Shuster, Mark stayed
out of the neighborhood.  The ham noises stayed in the phones, but it
was fun messing with him.
   In Washington when I first moved here, I also had dial-up at the
apartment we lived in.  It caused havoc on one computer, and that got
fixed, and when we moved to the house, it got totally fried one
evening.  My S.O. was not impressed.  Little did I know that upon my
arrival in my house, did one of the neighbors greet me, ever so evil-
with laser mikes on my windows.  What an a.shole.  Then I switched to
Comcast cable about the same time, our good buddy purchased the
Comcast wireless system for the All Saints Lutheran Church, and became
the tech guy 2 years ago.    I had so many problems with Comcast, and
they could not figure it out, that I switched back to Qwest.   That
computer was fried in April.  Got a new computer, and it was fried
again first using Clear Wire, and then switching to Comcast
Wireless.    But only after reaching out, and finding all of the
connections here, and verifying it myself.  And then after going to
the Texas Medical Board's attorney, and giving them the information,
about this activity, my computer got fired.  I believe retailiation is
against the law.
   Talk about all of the civil liberty violations.  Tsk, Tsk.  Now,
it is time to play, the new adult version of "Paybacks are a
Bitch."
   You would think that a private investigator, that knows what the
laws are, and someone whose sister is/was connected with law
enforcement would know that all of this is illegal, and  all of those
that are in concert with me.  And you would think that all of the HIPA
violations, since the offending party is connected to Group Health, my
health care provider, would have "thought" before getting himself, and
those in concert with him, from conspiring to commit fraud.
    Ralphie was given the opportunity to move, and the neighbors were
prepared to give him money to help him move, but he refused.   I hear
the babysitters get paid.
Those depositions for the AAPS ought to be very entertaining.  I
wonder if they will be up on You Tube too.    Ralph works out of his
house, but he claims his office is in  Redwood City, ---his office is
a post office box.   For all of the scumbag that poke fun at Timmie
using a mailing address.....
   So, my question is.....where is the audio that you have taped of
me from my homes, and telephone conversations, and when do I get a
copy?
   Stalking Dr. Rea's patient, numerous violations of HIPA in
California, and Washington.  Unbelievable.   Civil liberty
violations.  Unreal.
   How do the evil look at themselves in the mirror every morning?
Or do they avoid the mirror?
   Or do they just think they will never get busted?
