Tim, he has no where to turn. Many of his friends would have appeared
to put money up for those
entertainment lawsuits, and the ship didn't come in for them as he
thought it would. Would you give money
to someone that took advantage of your generosity once before?
Absolutely not. I will at least have to say that Greill, Barrett,
and Baratz from what has
been stated here at least paid their bill, and Greill dropped him like
a hot potato from being a client.
I have reason to guess that the reason so many of the witnesses for
the Paul Revere lawsuits (mine and Revere's)
have had their computers fried, been stalked, have had laser mikes
aimed at their windows, and the like is that
Terry old boy cannot get over losing.
I learned a lot about the old Canadian goose when I met the security
agent in Tulsa. I guess his wife died, and he is still mad at the
world.
I have heard that there are a lot of people like myself that have had
their civil liberties messed with after the QW gang did not get what
they wanted, and lost suits.
It would appear that the pharma cartel is the organized crime circle
of yester year. It would appear that the American people are tried of
it as well.
One of my cousins was a Senator who helped break up organized crime of
yesteryear. It is good to know that there are people like yourself
that are willing to fight
against this group of people that think that pharmaceuticals are the
only way to fly.
If I was not so allergic to most of the pharmaceuticals, I would take
them. But due to my allergies, I cannot take most of them. I ended
up with stress related
problems because of all of this harassment, ended up in ER a few weeks
back. They gave me one medicine, and it made me so sick, I was
falling down from the nausea, and
vertigo it was giving me. The next day I ended up in ER again, and
they had to give me an old standby, Demerol, because there was nothing
else they could give me.

Bee:
There is an article which explains how part of the system works. You
should read it. You can find it on the front page of the www.bolenreport.net.
The article is called "The six components of the 2008 quackbuster
operation." There are, of course, more components.
As you are no doubt aware I am involved in litigation with Barrett and
Polevoy and they recently avoided (they didn't appear) a Case
Management conference - no doubt in trembling fear of what's coming.
They know, by now, my "no prisoners" style. Already, I am laying out
the "Deposition" of Polevoy, and with all, it looks like four full
days of questions - on video tape. Barrett, about the same. If you
have what you think may be relevant questions, forward them to me.
"shitbag" bobbie baratz, in another case (a NICO, mercury amalgam,
root canal case) I was the Consultant for, just a few weeks ago, was
supposed to be the Plaintiff's main witness, stayed home and hid under
the bed, after he found out I was there waiting for him - and WAITING
I was. Of course they lost the case. But, I am disappointed I didn't
get to rip bobbie apart in a California courtroom.
