Jan: Since it would appear that you always have to be "right," it would appear that you can not admit that you invented some stories about me that are not truthful in nature. I sent you a "cease and desist" letter from this email address. I only came back to post (I still get all of the emails from the group) and make it very perfectly clear that you have no clue of what you are discussing about me, and those that do, are laughing at you. But that neighbor hates my guts anyways after I busted the HOA for what was going on in the neighborhood that also violated the law. That was stealing. But stealing from a church and their server to hack is also stealing. There is truth, and then there are lies, and then there people that have issues with their mental health that cannot tell the difference between a lie and a truth based on the scrambling going on in their brains or the prescription medications that they are on. And then there are those that love to "expose" people who aren't lying, because they think they are the best thing that ever happened to the MHA, and ASBI. As far as Myrl, and Coleah go -- they had some misunderstandings about who and what I was. We apologized and moved on. I have no interest in taking sides. I have no interest in any of the petty crap that goes on here, but what I do have an interest in is consumer fraud, and to make sure that justice on those that conspire with the intent to defraud. Like those individuals that got together and decide why and who was going to stalk and hack me, electronically. That's fraud. Mark Probert actually did me a favor, and gave me a clue "Pacific Lutheran Computer Science Department." From there I was able with the help of a family member high in the security food chain to discover that a neighbor in my own backyard made a platform for the hacking. The lawsuits for Paul Revere and the Raiders (mine and Revere's) would appear to have been orchestrated by Quackwatch. The Texas Medical Board, and the attorneys for the AAPS lawsuit have that information as do an array of other attorneys. You are not an attorney, Jan. It is not your business. If you wish to continue to make it your business, I'm sure I could find another venue where we could duke it out, it would cost each of us a lot of money, and it would serve no purpose. I'll give you a big hint that you can sit and figure out all day (and you won't find it here in the posts). You will have to do some real research. Go to Pacer and look up my lawsuit. Then go to the Superior Court of California (Los Angeles) and look up the lawsuit against Paul Revere. (circa 1997). There will find the names of the individuals that put up $$$ for those lawsuits (it is all in public record). If you go to my witness list, and the witness list for Paul Revere you will find a list of names. You won't find the connection to Quackwatch there, but if you ask Dr. Music Man why he hasn't paid Ilena's attorney yet, it would appear he was expecting a windfall for those lawsuits, and it would appear that the shipment didn't arrive as it was expected. And the reason that Quackwatch would appear to be lashing out of me, is that blew the whistle on what transpired with my lawsuit, and how it connects to the attempts on Dr. Rea's license. Somehow the connection with the attorneys and Quackwatch thinking they own the rights to the settlement agreement of my lawsuit think it gives them some kind of rights to my life, and it does not. Many of the witnesses in my lawsuit, and the lawsuit for Paul Revere have either been stalked and have had their computers damaged (like I have), telephone lines tampered with, internet connection messed with, and emails hacked into. It would appear that the plan didn't go as expected. I am aware that my AOL account has been hacked into as well. All of those hits on my firewall from various parts of the country (Tulsa, Arizona, Georgia, China, Massachusetts, Seattle) are well noted. If you were a smart squirrel you would have figured this out a long time ago. But apparently if it isn't in a post, you cannot figure it out. I even had a private investigator connected to Quackwatch sitting in my neighborhood from May 1999 and he is still there while the lawsuits were going on, watching, and listening to everything I did. He apparently thought he had the right to announce where I was moving to, and since I never told him, he would appear to be Just Like You -- NOSEY. Tampering with a witness is a crime, ya know!! And the witnesses for my lawsuit, and Revere's lawsuit were harassed over and over and over. I got it from SC, VA, Michigan, Ohio, as did others. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit had nothing to do with it and they are not to blame. People's lives were disrupted for simply telling the truth. Then ofcourse you have to have a family member high on the National Security (beyond Homeland Security) food chain to help you figure out some of the bits and pieces. But ofcourse you don't, and I do. And you ofcourse are not related to a Senator, a former senator, a couple of Judges, and a former astronaut, and I am. And it takes a person with a brain, (mine works fine), a background in legal research, sociology, and psychology to figure it out. And to the hackers that were again hacking last night. I have knowledge about the laser mics that the Quackwatch buddies had on my house in California, and Washington State; meaning listening to in home conversations, private telephone calls, computer hacking, and since it violated our country's security because many of my friends work for subcontractors for the DOD in other countries besides the USA, those that engaged in this are headed for the big house, and I'm not talking Graceland, or Hearst's Castle.
