Keep in mind that the common sebaceous cyst is the scar-tissue remains of a blocked sebaceous gland that got backed up, infected, etc. The original problem is almost always long gone, the scar tissue remains. Both $HERSELF and I have had sebaceous cysts on the backs of our necks long before we even met. After a few years of having collars rub them, we each decided to get rid of the stupid things.
