Absolutely not. Have you heard of the power of suggestion? I am no
fan of flouride. I think that flouridation of the public water system
is evil and incredibly stupid. But using Tom's for a few months will
not improve the look of your teeth and gums.
Way too few alties (green health weirdos, like me) fail to appreciate
the power of suggestion, and the power of self-suggestion. This
failure to understand the power of suggestion fills the bank accounts
of lots of people and creates a lot of useless noise in the network of
alties. If we can't send valid information to each other, then we
will have trouble trusting each other and learning from each other.

Hmm...that's possible. I'm also wondering if my gums look better
because I stopped using mouthwash that contains alcohol. I switched
to a non-alcohol mouthwash at the same time I stopped using toothpaste
containing flouride.

I like the mouthwash that has hydrogen peroxide in it. I cannot say
that my teeth look any better, but I really like the power of hydrogen
peroxide to kill bad germs and not hurt me and my cells. Put HP on a
scab and watch it work it's miracles. The HP mouthwash also does not
hurt so bad to the taste buds that it just becomes painful. I also
doubt if any germs can ever become immune to HP.

I use HP all the time on scabs. In fact, I use the stronger stuff vs.
the "regular" HP. It's great!
