1. Mark Probert initiated the emails to Kulacz (I saw them). 2. Mark Probert stated he was never a lawyer. (this is common knowledge he was, the addresses match). 3. I warned Kulacz to watch it because Probert's brother in law was in Homeland Security. But I also told Kulacz if there were any problems I have friends in high places....and I'm not just talking about God. 4. Both Kulacz and I called Internal Affairs and then was referred to the FBI AFTER Probert emailed Kulacz and told him that he had forwarded Kulacz' email on to his brother 'n' law at Homeland Security. Separately, and with no knowledge of it until later, both Kulacz and I called Homeland Security and both were referred to the FBI. The FBI told me if Probert's BIL overstepped his turf in anyway, that he would be disclipined. 5. Probert is unaware that the information about his BIL being in Homeland Security was on the internet. And it is not my job to post the link. (it's all over the internet how Probert emailed his brother at Homeland Security now). 6. I think Kulacz should post the email that Probert sent to him or fax Homeland Security with the email so that everyone is aware that Probert is the one that initiated the emails with Kulacz. One thing people have to realize is that Probert has never fully returned from Viet Nam, and he was taught to deny, deny, deny, and it would appear he thinks that anyone that does not support Quackwatch is "the enemy."
