Discrimination? Maybe, maybe not. I still believe that the employer can hire
whoever he choses for whatever reason, and I don't feel guilty in the
slightest bit about my bias for smokers. With all the contemptable
discrimination there is against smokers, I just help to equalise the playing
field -- and I still will at any opportunity.

Turn this around and her case collapses. What a hypocrite.

Do you smoke? Yes
Well disappear, I have no job for you here.

Oh the cries...

I wonder if she would object to wearing blue asbestos face powder?

About 2,000 new cases of mesothelioma are diagnosed in the United States
each year. The disease occurs most often in older men, but it can appear in
anyone. Although the disease has appeared in some people without any known
exposure to asbestos, 70 to 80 percent of people with mesothelioma have
worked with asbestos. In addition to mesothelioma, asbestos exposure
increases the risk for lung cancer, cancers of the larynx and kidney, and
asbestosis (a persistent non-cancerous lung disease).

Less than the 200% she requires to sway her argument.
