Correlation does not imply causation.
I can show you that since the fifties, the CO2 concentration has
increased as sharpyl as the crime level has increased. Do you claim
that higher levels of CO2 causes crime? <<
Actually it DOES .. imply.
What do you think evidence .. is .. if it isn't implication .. ?
It may be circumstantial / imply .. but it IS .. evidence and
therefore .. implied.
You should stay out of law ..
And since you cannot make a .. case .. as to WHY higher CO2
levels ..**would** .. cause an increase in .. crime .. then I would
stay out of the science groups .. too.
You know little about law or science.

I mean imply in the sense of "equal".

Evidence is not even giving a hundred +/- equal people a breathing
mask and for 50% of them slightly increasing the CO2 they breathe, so
that they don't know if their CO2 is increased. And then show that
those with higher CO2 commit more crimes. That's much harder data, but
it's still not evidence.

No, it's not.

I do.

Yes you can. Simplest case would be the lower Oxygen-levels that reach
your brain. Would have to be proven, but it's a case nevertheless.

Good to know, thanks for pointing out.

The easiest explanation for evidence would be this.
What is different.
In this case of this rise in crime .. you look around and you see
CO2 .. amongst THOUSANDS of other things.
Now the **ability** to SEE the C02 might be lacking in some .. the
ability to see the lowering of the ocean lacking in some .. but it
doesn't mean they didn't happen.
You have to see what is different.
Anything which is out of place IS .. implicated.
It is just the gathering of evidence.
In this case you figure a gum wrapper does not make evidence.
I believe it does.
