Here is a thought: We often talk in terms of reducing stress. That
is like going from -10 to say -3 or even to 0. I tell you truly that
there is a whole realm of numbers above zero. I on rare occasionally
feel so happy that tears run down my face. And I often feel so good
that I could only call is a very mild but rewarding form of bliss.
The road to health can take you to exquisite happiness.
There is a kind of being loaded that causes a person to be more
responsible, not less, more compassionate, not self-centered, more
clear headed, not fogged. Using external means to get high is lame at
best, and unhealthy and misery producing at worst.
I am a very lucky guy.
